Refund and Returns Policy

At TOOLZY DIGITAL STORE, all products sold are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded.

We recommend reviewing the product details, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, you are encouraged to contact us at support@toolzy.org before buying.

Refund Eligibility

Although returns are not applicable, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You were unable to access the product due to a technical fault on our end.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was described on the product page.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@toolzy.org. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
