At TOOLZY DIGITAL STORE, we deal exclusively in digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the download/access link has been provided, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
We strongly encourage users to carefully review product details, features, and compatibility before making a purchase.
Exceptions to this policy may only be made at our sole discretion in cases where:
- The user has been charged more than once for the same product.
- The user is unable to access the digital product due to a technical issue on our side that cannot be resolved.
- The product delivered is significantly different from its description.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@toolzy.org with your order details and a description of the issue.
All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
